Cosmos – For Structural Mild Steel Fabrication and Solid Modelling Caesar II – Pipe Stress Analysis to all available standards. PV Elite – Pressure Vessel Calculations to all available standards. Using this state of the art FEA computer based stress analysis technique, SES can provide design verification from 3D generated solid or surface models from any CAD system.

FEA enables SES to practice its “Right First Time” philosophy because Designspace allows us to perform real world, static, structural, thermal, dynamic, weight optimisation, performance optimisation, vibration mode, and safety factor simulations. A detailed report is generated to verify the CAD data, material properties, load conditions and analysis conclusions.
